Private client, maisonette apartment, 2013

Private client, Switzerland

Stephan Hürlemann and his team sculpted a space of 130m2 over two levels for a small family. The apartment has an open structure, in which only the child’s room and both bathrooms have swing doors. The parents’ room in the extension at the end of the hallway can be divided off as a quiet area, together with bathroom and studio, thanks to sliding doors. Thanks to numerous inbuilt storage areas the apartment requires no further storage furnishing. On the ground floor, thus, a 13 metre long cupboard in smoked oak that can be accessed from either side divides the room from the hallway.
